Pet Policy

Unless otherwise approved as an accommodation under the Fair Housing Act, the standard pet allowance for a Trivium at Edgewater is as follows:

a. A maximum of three (3) pets per unit is permitted, with no more than two (2) dogs.

b. Acceptable animals include: cats, dogs (excluding restricted breeds listed below), turtles, non-poisonous frogs, hermit crabs, and small domesticated hamsters, gerbils, birds, and fish.

c. The following dog breeds, or a mix of any of the dog breeds below, as high-risk, are not permitted at RPM-managed communities:

• Pit Bull-type breeds (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Terrier)
• Rottweiler
• German Shepherd
• Husky
• Alaskan Malamute
• Doberman Pinscher
• Chow Chow
• Great Dane
• St. Bernard
• Akita
• Beauceron
• Belgian Malinois
• Belgian Sheepdog
